BornForCreator — Born to Create. Built to Grow.

Safety standard · Updated 24 August 2026

Trust must be designed in.

These standards explain how BornForCreator approaches identity checks, opportunity quality and safer creator–brand collaboration.

Identity and contact details

Anyone may browse public content without an account. Initial registration asks for a name, email and relevant social or business profile link. Email verification is required before profile features are available.

A private mobile number is required before sensitive marketplace actions such as applying to or publishing an opportunity. During the initial launch it is recorded as “Mobile added”, not “Mobile verified”, because OTP verification is not yet active. It is intended for account recovery and safety contact and is not displayed publicly.

Opportunity standards

Brands must describe opportunities honestly and include enough information for a creator to make an informed decision.

  • Compensation must be identified as paid, barter, gifted or unpaid.
  • Deliverables, platforms, deadlines and eligibility should be clear.
  • Content usage, paid advertising and exclusivity expectations must be disclosed.
  • Opportunities must not ask creators to pay an application or selection fee.
  • Discriminatory, deceptive, illegal, adult sexual, exploitative or unsafe requests are not allowed.

Creator standards

  • Use accurate identity, audience and portfolio information.
  • Do not present self-initiated work as a paid brand collaboration.
  • Follow disclosure requirements applicable to sponsored or gifted content.
  • Do not harass, impersonate or deliberately mislead another member.

Payments and agreements

Unless BornForCreator explicitly introduces an in-platform payment feature, creators and brands are responsible for documenting their commercial agreement, invoices, tax obligations and payment method. Keep written proof of scope, timelines, usage rights and payment terms.

Reporting and enforcement

BornForCreator may review, restrict or remove profiles and opportunities that appear unsafe, deceptive or inconsistent with these standards. Report a suspicious profile, message or opportunity to hello@bornforcreator.com with relevant links, screenshots and dates where possible.

Practical safety reminders

  • Do not share passwords, OTPs or financial login credentials.
  • Be cautious when asked to move immediately to an unverified contact channel.
  • Confirm the real company identity before shipping products or beginning work.
  • Do not send money to secure a collaboration.
  • Seek professional advice for high-value contracts or unusual usage demands.
