The creator media kit checklist

A good media kit is not a long résumé. It is a short decision-making document that shows who you create for, what you make and why a collaboration with you makes sense.

Your foundation

  • Creator name, location and contact route
  • A one-line niche and audience description
  • Active social links
  • Languages and content formats

Proof of work

Show three to six strong examples. Choose work that represents the format and quality you want to be hired for—not every post you have ever made.

  • Best-performing relevant work
  • Product-content samples or self-initiated mock projects
  • Past brand work with permission
  • A short result or testimonial when available

Useful audience information

Include verified platform insights only when they are relevant. Audience geography, age range, engagement and average views are usually more useful than follower count alone.

Keep it current

Review the kit every month or after a strong campaign. Remove old numbers, broken links and work that no longer reflects your direction.

Your next step

Turn the guide into a real asset for your creator business, then keep it updated as your work improves.
